Happy New Year from Fruit Valley Farm Market!

We have enjoyed a busy, fun-filled Holiday Season, along with some R & R. Now it’s time to start thinking about the New Year and, like most of you, we have vowed to try to eat healthier this coming year.

A great way to eat healthier is to sign up for our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and take home a basket every week, packed with all your summertime favorites. This will be our 3rd year with the CSA program and we are striving to make this our best yet!

The new contract is now online and this year we are offering a 3-week option, so that you may double up on your baskets for vacation, cookouts, etc. I think this is a great idea and hope you all take advantage of it. We are keeping the same prices as last year, which makes your participation in a Fruit Valley Farms CSA a great money-saving opportunity for you and your family.

I will be busy this month placing more recipes on the Fruit Valley Farms website. Also, this is the month when we order our seeds for the coming season. I am always open to suggestions as to what you’d like to see at our farm stand; let me hear from you!
